What led you to work in this field?
I was looking for a field where I could apply my degree in Finance and entrepreneurship other than the banking industry. The insurance industry proved to be instrumental in allowing many opportunities with developing sound leadership skills, business, and relationship skills, building profitable books of business in regional territories, mentoring new talent and continual learning. Looking back, it has been very rewarding both personally and professionally.
